Shipping
As soon as your order is successfully accepted, it will be immediately processed by our system and shipped to you in 3 - 5 days. After merchandise shipping we will send the confirmation by email.

Delivery
We deliver our figures to most countries of the world. Two ways of delivery are available: Standard airmail and express mail. Delivery time: 2-4 weeks for standard air mail and 1-5 business days for express air mail depending on the chosen region. After choosing the region of delivery, delivery cost will be added to your order subtotal. The delivery rates we use are weight-based. The shipping/delivery cost will be calculated automatically on 2checkout page based on the way of delivery and customer location.

Returns Policy
We hold the right to refuse any return that is not pre-authorized. Please Phone or mail a request and we will be happy to accommodate. Items can be returned within 30 days if still in saleable condition.

Back Order
Any item that is not in stock is automatically back ordered. You can cancel back orders at Anytime. Back ordered or out of stock items are shipped at no additional charge. This does not include New items that are not yet available. A separate $6.00 charge will apply to items listed as not yet available. You need to consider availability of an item. Orders may be held until all items are on hand (this usually applies to items that for example are due in June but are not released until August). Please let us know if you would like us to ship as items become available.
